It all started in nashville

We turned an early 1900’s auto manufacturing plant in Nashville, TN into a concert and event venue. Marathon Music Works was born in 2011, and began to grow over the years into Nashville’s most prominent mid-sized venue and is now one of the last independently owned and operated venues in the city.

That is where the spark began for us and it ignited a desire for us to grow outside of Nashville. We expanded into managing and operating mid-size venues in Kansas City, MO and Chattanooga, TN in 2017 and 2018, respectively and have taken on others since thing. As this vision of ours grew, we realized this could be an asset to other venues across the country; the vision to create the same unique live experiences in other communities that we have come to love and crave more of.

Now we’re on a mission to keep doing just that; work with other venues and venue owners to give them the tools, structure and resources for a successful business. We look at each market and space individually to create a structure that meets its needs. From management consulting to full-service management, we will work with you to create the best business model for your venue to succeed.

It’s not just a statement

It’s easy to write something down and call it a mission statement, it’s a whole other thing to make it a way of life and work tirelessly to achieve. Believe us when we say “we’ve been there,” because we have. We’ve been to that event that impacted us so deeply we can’t think about events or look at event spaces the same again.

Now we can use those resources we have gained over the years to make those events happen again and again in new spaces and new communities.
